About Our Firm

Neal Prince Architects is a Greenville, South Carolina-based architectural and interiors firm that provides clients with unique, responsive design and renovation services. Founded in 1969 by James A. Neal, FAIA, the firm later incorporated as Neal Prince Architects in 1987 when Brooks R. Prince, AIA was named partner.

Today, the 30-person firm includes licensed architects and registered interior designers. While the founding partners continue to contribute to the firm, the current principals are David E. Benham, AIA; Prescott D. May, AIA, LEED AP; Charles J. Hultstrand, AIA; Cindy Benjamin, AIA; Frank H. Bain, AIA; and Michael J. Martinez, AIA.

Neal Prince Architects maintains a diverse portfolio of religious, corporate, residential, medical, municipal, higher educational, and institutional project types.
